Today I was in line at McDonalds close to home. Waited in this drive through line for 15 minutes. As I was sitting in line wondering why it was taking so so very long to get through the line at a FAST FOOD Resurant. Get to the speaker and a young lady ask" How can I help you" slow mono tone voice. Each time she repeated the order back it was wrong. Damn I thought to myself. this is exactly why this is not going to be a quick visit.

The problem here is:

• The Manager is not doing their job.
• She has no clue what she is doing at the window taking orders.
• The manager should have trained the employee a bit better or not on a buy day.

This is not the first time going to this paticular McDonlds. But it will be the last for a few months. It is a shame that people just do not care for any gratification in working anymore.
